Starting next year, Romanians will benefit by national health card

At the initiative of the Ministry of Health (MS) Romania’s Government on Thursday approved the emergency ordinance on introducing the national health card, informs an MS release sent on Thursday.

The national card will be a document that will become compulsory for every insured person that wants to access medical services in the medical units in the public network, but also for the doctors who, in their turn, will get a professional medical card.
