Romanian Ruling Coalition Pushes For Confidence Vote To Adopt Labor Code

Romanian ruling coalition leaders propose that the Government should seek lawmakers’ confidence vote to adopt new labor legislation, Prime Minister Emil Boc said Monday, adding the matter will be discussed with ruling parties’ MPs. Boc said talks with national minority group lawmakers are scheduled for Monday afternoon, and a meeting with Hungarian minority party and Democratic Liberal Party MPs will take place on Tuesday.
