Romanian PM Says New Labor Laws Don’t Repeal Collective Work Contracts

Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc said Monday collective work contracts are not repealed through the country’s new Labor Code and will be regulated by a separate law. "That means the law on collective work contracts remains in effect, it is not repealed by the Labor Code, and the issue of work contracts will be regulated through a special law," Boc said.
