Fondul Proprietatea Requests WTC Bucharest Insolvency

Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea (FP.RO) has asked the Bucharest Court to start insolvency procedures against the World Trade Center in Bucharest. The Proprietatea fund filed the request on April 4, claiming a debt from the business center where it holds a 19.9% stake, according to court records. The first hearing was set for June 21.
