Total No. Of Romanian Employees Decreased By 645,000 From Jan 2009

The total number of Romanian employees has decreased by 645,000 since the beginning of 2009, said the National Statistics Institute (INS). According to INS data, the number of employees in the private sector has decreased by 470,000 since the beginning of 2009, which accounts for 73% of the total decrease registered on the labor market.
