Romanian Govt Lifts Hiring Ban For Local Authorities

Romania’s Government decided Wednesday to unfreeze hiring in local public institutions that face major staff shortages, Government spokeswoman Ioana Muntean said after the Cabinet meeting. The Government decided two years ago to freeze hiring in the public sector and allow local authorities to fill only one in seven vacant positions. Read more on Mediafax.ro
