Railway state companies arrears increased by 2,248% in 10 years

An analysis on the financial situation over the last 10 years of the railway state companies revealed an increase of their arrears by 2,248%, a press release of the Transports ministry reads. The numbers seem incredible, which is why HotNews.ro contacted Transports ministry officials to confirm the numbers.
