Pascariu: 'The CEO of Tarom does not comply with the management plan'

The audit body of Minister Fenechiu was sent in to find out who is right in the conflict between the management and the Board Of Directors The general manager of Tarom, Christian Heinzmann, did not comply with the guidelines set by the directors of the Board of Directors of the Company, Dan Pascariu, the chairman of the Board of Directors. Since his appointment, Mr. Heinzmann has only met about 30% of the measures stipulated in the management plan for Tarom, Dan Pascariu said. Read more on Bursa.ro
