Generali Asigurări: Average salary in the company is 4,000 RON

The salaries of the 460 employees of Generali Asigurări (Generali Insurance), one of the top 10 companies on the Romanian insurance market, are 6% higher than the market average. "The average gross salary within the company was 4,000 RON (2,806 RON in net amount) in 2010. The package of benefits includes, aside from insurance and private pensions, luncheon vouchers and medical subscriptions, an Easter bonus of 350 RON and a birthday bonus of 500 RON," said Lidia Marin, head of the human resources service within Generali Asigurări, a company controlled by the Italian group of the same name.
