Court Rules To Halt Insolvency Procedures Against Romanian Airliner Blue Air

The Bucharest Court has halted insolvency procedures for low-cost Romanian airliner Blue Air, the company said Tuesday. The court sustained Blue Air's appeal and denied insolvency claims raised by Carpatair and Service Service Excellence Solutions. The ruling is final, the company said. Blue Air general manager Sheriff Ussama told a news conference Tuesday the company is doping better now than end last year. Read more on Mediafax.ro
