Constitutional Court to debate on December 28 the Liberal's complaint on the 2011 budgetary salaries

The Constitutional Court will debate on December 28 the complaint formulated by 53 Liberal deputies on the 2011 budgetary salaries for which the government took responsibility last week in the Parliament, Romanian news agency Agerpres informs. The Liberals claim the law is unconstitutional. Liberals warn that the government cannot take responsibility for a draft law anytime and in any conditions.
