Constitutional Court: articles modifying the Labour Code are constitutional

The modifications brought to the labour code, for which the government took responsibility in the Parliament are constitutional, the Constitutional Court decided on Wednesday, quoted by Romanian news agency Agerpres. Judges thus rejected the complaint formulated by 112 Liberal and Social Democratic Deputies on the law modifying the labour code. Read more on Hotnews.ro
