Constitutional Court : tax on pollution is constitutional

Romania’s Constitutional Court rejected on Wednesday, with a majority of votes the claims that the tax on pollution is unconstitutional, Romanian news agency Mediafax reads. The decision will be motivated and published in the official journal. In April,a decision of the EU Court of Justice indicated that in many cases the tax is too high which discourages import in Romania of other vehicles brought from the EU. Read more on Hotnews.ro
