Bucharest Old Apartment Prices Down 20% YY In 4Q - Survey

Prices of old apartments in Romania’s capital city Bucharest dropped by an average 20% year-on-year in the last quarter of 2010, according to a survey of property website MagazinulDeCase.ro. Three-room old apartments in Bucharest saw the biggest price fall to EUR69,300 on average in the last three months of 2010, from EUR91,980 in the year-earlier period, the survey says.
