Anima shareholders come up with money for another three clinics

Anima, the medical services division of the biggest group in the Romanian drug industry, A&D Pharma, increased its capital by over 2 million RON (0.5 million euros) in December to 8.8 million RON (2.1 million euros). Only Sensiblu, the drugstore chain which is part of the A&D Pharma group, subscribed to the capital increases, and now controls 48.45% of the shares compared with 15.67% in November, according to Official Gazette data.
