Transparency International: one of three Romanians admit offering bribe

Over 87% of the Romanians believe that the corruption level in Romania increased in the last three years and 83% of them believe that the government is inefficient in its fight against corruption, the Global Corruption Index shows, released on Thursday by Transparency International (TI). If in 2009 just 12% declared that they offered bribe, in the last 12 months their number increased exponentially. Read more on Hotnews.ro
