The last Schengen evaluation visit starts on Monday

The last Schengen evaluations visit for Romania to join Schengen is taking place from 6-10 December and is related to the SIS/SIRENE sector. The schedule sees the evaluation of the Interior Ministry structures with competences in the sector: National SIS Center, SIRENE office, Bucharest Sector 1 Police HQ, International Henri Coanda airport, County Police HQ in Arges, Iasi, customs point at Sculeni and possible surprise visits.
