The Proprietatea Fund has filed 20 lawsuits against the energy companies

So far, the Proprietatea Fund has brought around 20 lawsuits against Nuclearelectrica, Hidroelectrica and the Craiova Energy Complex. The officials of the ministry told us that the goals of the lawsuits include challenging several decisions of the Boards of Directors, interventions on the requests for the recording of mentions at the Trade Registry, as well as opposition on the new project for the spin-offs / mergers for the creation of the national companies Electra and Hidroenergetica.
