Romanian Farmers To Receive RON1.27B State Aid In 2010-2011 - Draft

Romanian farmers will receive subsidies amounting to 1.27 billion lei (EUR1=RON4.2923) for the August 2010-December 2011 interval, according to a draft Government decision. The money will be allotted from the state budget, considering the Agriculture Ministry's budget for 2010 and 2011. The state aid for farmers in the 2008-2009 interval was of about RON3 billion, according to Agriculture Ministry state secretary Adrian Radulescu. Read more on Mediafax.ro
