Romanian Dacia Saw Biggest Growth In New Car Registrations In France In 2010

Romanian carmaker Dacia’s new car registrations in France increased 70.9% on the year in 2010, while overall new car registrations saw a decline of 2.2%, according to the French carmakers’ association. Dacia, owned by France's Renault, had 104,642 new cars registered in France in 2010. The Romanian carmaker's market share increased from 2.7% in 2009 to 4.6% in 2010. In December, Dacia's new car registrations increased 7.1% compared to the same period in 2009, to 9,288 units. Read more on Mediafax.ro
