Romanian Constitutional Court To Rule On Magistrates Council New Member List Jan 19

The Romanian Constitutional Court will rule on a notification brought to the recently validated list of new High Council of Magistrates (CSM) members on January 19. The notification was submitted at the Constitutional Court on December 23 by 30 ruling democrat liberal senators. On December 22, 2010, the Senate validated with 64 to 60 votes the list of the new members of the High Council of Magistrates. Read more on Mediafax.ro
