President Basescu loses trial to Mugurel Surupaceanu

District 5 court judges rejected on Monday the action of President Basescu through which he requested moral damages to deputy Mugurel Surupaceanu for his statements made on the use of light drugs, news agency Agerpres reads. I won, I am glad that justice is fair and I appreciate the courage this young judge had, it is a very good signal for the Romanian democracy, Surupaceanu said after the trial.
