PSD contests the law on pensions at the Constitutional Court

The Social Democratic Party submitted an official complaint at the Constitutional Court on the law of pensions, the party's Spokesperson Radu Moldovan declared. According to him, the complaint was fundamented on two reasons: one on procedure: the Chamber's Speaker Roberta Anastase submitted to vote not only the request to re-examine the law on pensions of the President but also the law on pensions in its integrity.
