Opposition contested the new Labour Code at the Constitutional Court

The Social Liberal Union, the alliance of the opposition submitted a contestation at the Constitutional Court on the government’s decision to take responsibility for the new labour code and for some articles in the normative act, Social Democratic Party spokesperson Radu Moldovan declared for news agency Agerpres. According to the leader of PSD Deputies, the contestation is signed by 112 deputies from the Social Democratic Party, the Liberal Party and the Conservative Party. Read more on Hotnews.ro
