Japanese government: no person was affected by the explosion at the Fukushima plant

Japanese PM announced on Saturday in a speech aired by CNN that no person was affected by radiations from the Fukushima nuclear plant.

What is more, the level of radiations dropped after the explosion. The Prime Minister urged the population to remain calm, considering that the quake and the tsunami were an unprecedented national disaster.
