IBM CEO Mihai Tudor: Romania is highly potential

Although it is highly potential, Romania has not yet capitalized on this advantage, said IBM Romania general manager Mihai Tudor. “What we have now is indeed a high potential. We have potential as regards tourism, agriculture, transport, the absorption of EU funds, but this is just potentiality. We haven’t acquired yet the competitive edge.
