House, Villa Prices In Romania Dropped 42% Since 2008 - Survey

The asking prices for new houses and villas in Romania were down by more than 42% compared to 2008, with the greatest declines registered in Bucharest and Constanta county, according to website imobiliare.ro. In Bucharest, the average price dropped 19.2% on the year in December, to EUR1,412 per sqm. Compared with 2008, the average price was 42.4% lower this year. Read more on Mediafax.ro
