Development ministry to back building of National Housing Agency homes where they sell

Building houses by the National Housing Agency (ANL) will be given priority support this year in those towns where the local public administration is getting involved in the sale of such homes, Minister of Regional Development and Tourism Elena Udrea said in Braila (northeast of the capital) on Monday. ‘Last year, the town halls were not too eager to give up the rent they take from the Agency houses, therefore we’ll give priority support this year to building ANL-type homes in those towns where the local public administration sells the houses it already has. Thus, much of the money returns from where it left, if such houses are further demanded in the town concerned, of course’, Udrea stressed. Read more on Financiarul.ro
