Romanian meteorologists issued a code yellow snow and blizzard advisory for Bucharest and 24 counties in the southern part of the country, valid from Saturday 12 p.m. until Sunday – 11 p.m.
The advisory also mentioned rain and sleet on the Black Sea Coast.
The code yellow warning concerns Bucharest and the counties Caras-Severin, Mehedinti, Gorj, Dolj, Olt, Valcea, Teleorman, Arges, Giurgiu, Dambovita, Ilfov, Prahova, Calarasi, Ialomita, Buzau, Braila, Tulcea, Constanta, Galati, Vrancea, Vaslui, Covasna and parts of Sibiu and Brasov.
