RCS&RDS takes over TV and Internet service market of Sighişoara, too

The operator controlled by Zoltan Teszari and Romtelecom continue the battle over the acquisition of the several hundred small cable operators with merely thousands of clients. RCS&RDS Group and Romtelecom, through its own cable operator NextGen, which are involved in a fierce fight over market share, continue to be the most active operators in terms of acquisitions of small cable TV and Internet providers. There were more than 500 providers of cable TV services in mid last year, even though RCS&RDS and UPC alone accounted for 2.7 millions of the 3.4 million cable TV clients. Read more on ZF.ro
