IT salaries in western Romania go up 10% this year

The salaries of employees in IT companies in western Romania will go up by an average 10% this year after last year specialists in the field saw their wages up by more than inflation (10.10%), shows the latest salary survey conducted by human resources group AIMS Human Capital. The study was conducted on a sample of 30 companies (many of which foreign-held) in Timişoara, Cluj, Sibiu and Braşov, which together have over 6,200 employees. Read more on ZF.ro
