US to transfer the commandment of the operation in Libya to NATO that will take over command

American President Barack Obama announced on Tuesday that the US will transfer in a few days the commandment of the operations in Libya to NATO and NATO will command the operation thereafter. The US will become one of the partners, among many others, the White House leader said. Meanwhile, NATO member countries at Brussels meet to decide on the situation in Libya.
