Romania To Decide By July 31 On The Companies To Be Privatized

Romanian state-owned companies with losses will be divided in three categories, namely those to be restructured, those to be privatized and those to be liquidated, said Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc at the completion of negotiations with the International Monetary Fund. State-owned companies will have to undergo external auditing on a regular basis, and the finance ministry will check the management of each of these companies. Read more on Mediafax.ro
