Leader of beer market shows signs of stabilising, after 11% decline

Romanian sales of SABMiller, producer of the Ursus and Timişoreana brands, remained steady (in terms of volume) in the October-December period of 2010, compared with the similar period of 2009, at a time when the market recorded a decline, according to data in the company's quarterly report. The reporting period is the third quarter of the company's financial year, i.e. April 2010-March 2011. The stabilising trend of Ursus Breweries sales is a positive signal for the entire market, after the previous downward trend. Read more on ZF.ro
