HP CEO: We went up by over 10% in Q1. Demand is returning

American IT giant Hewlett Packard says it will reach 3,600 employees in Romania at the end of the year and if demand on foreign markets rises, the company could open a second services centre somewhere other than in Bucharest.

The local subsidiary of American company HP, which claims for itself the title of leader of the IT market with its over 3,000 employees, posted an over 10% rise in revenues last year, as well as in the first quarter of the fiscal year, and estimates the trend will continue, Radu Enache, general manager of the IT giant, told ZF in an interview.
