Governance programme: Reforms in State-owned companies administration are a priority to Romanian economy

The priority for the Romanian economy is represented by the reforms in the state-owned companies, in the fiscal revenues collection, in the public expenditure management, in education and in health, according to ‘The Governance Programme 2013-1016,’ remitted on Thursday. ‘The macroeconomic policy challenges will maintain in the coming years, as an effect of the constraints on the aggregated domestic demand, on the one hand, and of an unfriendly international environment and the persistence of the crisis in the euro area, on the other hand. In this context, an appropriate macroeconomic policy mix is needed,’ the document shows. According to the programme, the macroeconomic policy mix must be made up of structural reforms favoring the investment process as a determining factor for the economic growth.
